Return Policy

If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it in its original condition (unused, with all tags attached, including all parts/accessories, and packaged as new) for a refund. Please note that the refund will cover the full cost of the item, excluding the original shipping fee.

Personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns or refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items received after this period or not meeting our guidelines will be returned to you.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package.

Refunds

Ensure all returned items are complete and in their original condition (unused, with all tags and accessories included). Incomplete returns will not be processed and will be sent back to you.

RelieveMama does not cover return shipping costs; the provided label is for the return address only. Include a completed return form with your package to help us process your refund quickly. Refunds cover the item’s cost, excluding the original shipping fee.

How to Return

To start a return, email our customer service team at support@relievemama.com with your order number and a detailed description of the items you wish to return. We’ll respond with confirmation within 1-2 business days.

Allow up to one week for us to process your refund after receiving your return. Processing times may vary during holidays, new releases, or sales. Thank you for your patience!

How to Exchange

To request an exchange, contact our customer service team at support@relievemama.com with your order number, a description of the items to be exchanged, and your preferred style, color, or size. We’ll confirm within 1-2 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at support@relievemama.com within 10 days of delivery.

Lost Packages

We ship via reliable carriers like USPS or UPS, which offer secure, trackable shipping. If your package is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to assist you.

Once proof of delivery is provided, RelieveMama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Sale Terms

All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or adjusted. No exceptions.

If using your own mail carrier for returns or exchanges (at your cost), we recommend insuring the package and purchasing tracking services for your protection. Share tracking details with our team by replying to your original request email at support@relievemama.com.

RelieveMama reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine if damage is due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear. Issues like discoloration, tears, or material wear from use are not considered defects. Previously replaced items are not eligible for further replacement.
